Community FAQs

Common questions about giving back and requesting support.

Who is eligible to request assistance?

Any family or individual in our service area facing a genuine need related to home repairs, emergency relief, or essential supplies is welcome to reach out. We review each request individually.

How quickly will I hear back after submitting a request?

We aim to respond to every request within two business days. Urgent situations are prioritized, so let us know in your message if the need is time sensitive.

Can I volunteer without a trade background?

Yes. We welcome help with outreach, fundraising events, and spreading the word, not just hands on repair work.

Is my donation tax deductible?

vK350llc runs its community program directly rather than through a registered nonprofit, so donations are not currently tax deductible. We're happy to provide a receipt for your records.

How do I sponsor a project?

Select "Sponsor a project" in the form above and tell us a bit about what you have in mind. We will follow up to talk through the details.

Do you only help people who are already vK350llc customers?

No. Our community program is open to anyone in the communities we serve, whether or not you have worked with us before.
